What is it
Christmas has a dark side, and it has a name
Dice Throne Krampus Hero Pack brings the dark side of the holidays into the Dice Throne universe. Krampus doesn't punish with a single blow: he builds pressure, hands out Coal to those who behave badly, and unleashes an army of scavenger minions — the Rejects — to turn every turn into a small nightmare for the opponent.
Like every Dice Throne hero, he comes with his own dice, a dedicated deck of cards, and his own game board: he starts slowly, builds his engine with Gift tokens, and when he is ready, he hits harder than his opponent expects.
It is designed for those who already know Dice Throne and want a hero with more layers to manage: two different status effects, a second deck to monitor, and a plan that heats up over time instead of exploding right away.
Krampus is in no rush. Coal accumulates, the Rejects appear one at a time, and the opponent only realizes they are in trouble when it is too late to get out of it.

Krampus doesn't rely solely on direct damage. His arsenal works on multiple levels, and each one makes the opponent's next turn a bit more difficult.
The Rejects
A separate deck of scavenger minions — Wormy, Squishy, Bitey, and others — that Krampus activates to strike from where you least expect it.
Coal Tokens

Krampus is in no hurry. But he arrives.
The bag of Rejects opens
At first, Krampus doesn't seem dangerous: he draws his cards, distributes Coal, and waits. But under the table, the Rejects deck is already filling up.
The first Coal
A lucky roll and the first Coal token ends up on the opponent. It doesn't hurt on its own — but at the fourth, it takes away a Combat Point at the worst possible moment.
A Reject enters the scene
Bitey, Squishy, or one of the other minions is activated and strikes from where nobody expected. The opponent realizes they aren't just facing Krampus.
The engine ignites
With enough Gifts accumulated, Krampus's abilities start hitting harder each turn. What seemed like a slow start becomes an avalanche.
Punished to the end
The opponent's health points collapse under the combined weight of direct damage and Rejects. Krampus is in no hurry — but in the end, he always punishes.
How to play
The flow of each turn
The structure is that of any Dice Throne hero, with one extra layer to manage: the Rejects.
Krampus rolls his 5 dice, with up to 3 re-rolls, seeking the combination to trigger abilities or Rejects.
Depending on the result, he deals direct damage, distributes Coal, or activates one of the Rejects from the dedicated deck.
The player being attacked re-rolls their defensive dice, if the card allows it, to reduce the incoming blow.
Coal and Gifts are updated, new cards are drawn, and you evaluate when to unleash the next Reject.
