Gruntz cardboard retires
Gruntz: Deluxe Tokens is the official Allplay upgrade for Gruntz, the tactical, Great War-themed duel by Carter Scott. It's not an expansion and doesn't change a single rule: it completely replaces the only cardboard punchboard in the box.
Inside you'll find 5 metal control and point tokens for the central map sectors, screen-printed wooden deployment planes instead of the flat cardboard cutouts from the base game, and 5 metal fuel cans that replace the fuel tokens from the Supplies Expansion.
Zero new rules, zero different setup. Remove the cardboard, add the metal, play exactly as before — except now the table feels heavier.
Gruntz comes in a tiny box. Ten metal pieces are enough to make it feel three times bigger than it is.

Made of metal. They track victory points and control of the central map sectors — precisely the pieces you interact with most during the game.
Screen-printed wooden planes
Replace the flat cardboard cutouts of the deployment planes from the base game. Screen printing directly on wood, no stickers.
5 metal fuel cans
Replace the 5 cardboard fuel tokens from the Supplies Expansion. If you also have the expansion, the box upgrade is complete.
Total replacement, zero rules
There's nothing new to learn. Each piece takes the exact place of the cardboard you remove: same setup, same duration, different weight.
