Coinage
One hundred coins weighty in your palm. You stack them, slide them, push them to the center of the table — and suddenly you're no longer counting cardboard points.
What it is
Tycoon's money, with the real weight of the casino
Coinage is a set of 100 premium casino coins created by Zenwood Games, the studio behind Tycoon: India 1981. They are ABS chips with a metallic insert — thick, heavy, with that dull clink that cardboard tokens will never have.
The design follows an Indian Art Deco aesthetic, with golden engravings that resonate with the world of Tycoon: India 1981. Six denominations, from 1 to 100, distributed to manage every phase of an economic game without ever running out of change.
Designed for Tycoon: India 1981, but they don't stop there: Coinage replaces banknotes and tokens in any game that uses money or counters. A limited run — once it's gone, it's gone.
The secret in a nutshell
The first stack you pile changes the table: the game remains the same, but now it feels like something real is at stake.
Coinage's secret in one line
Real weight, reeded edge, golden engraving. It's the detail that makes those at the table say: this evening is well-curated.
From the gaming experience
What makes them different
Four reasons why they matter (in every sense)
Metallic inlay
14 grams of weight and metallic insert. The feel and sound are like real casino chips, not tokens.
Indian Art Deco soul
Golden engravings and decorative motifs consistent with the setting of Tycoon: India 1981. A striking visual that sets the scene.
Not just Tycoon
Six universal denominations: they work as money or counters in any management, economic, or card game.
Limited run
Limited edition set created for the Deluxe Edition on Kickstarter. Hard to find — and destined to sell out.
The rules don't change a bit. Only the feeling of pushing a stack of real coins to the center of the table changes. And that, once experienced, is unforgettable.

Custom-designed for Tycoon: India 1981, where they replace the 100 money tokens of the base game with the same denomination logic.
Can be used as money, currency, or counters in any other board game: management, economic, or card games. Language independent — the numbers speak for themselves.
