The sea was already dangerous. Now there are also corrupt cities to conquer.
In Cities of Greed , the official expansion for Lying Pirates , greed takes over. Lying and striking are no longer enough to rise to the throne: now you must also influence, bribe, and take control of the new cities that have emerged from nowhere. Seven new locations to visit, dominate... or destroy, depending on your pirate ethic.
Each city has its own special rules, a system to manipulate, a crown to grasp. You can become Mayor, seize power, and change the rules for everyone else . But beware: those who govern attract enemies. And at sea, revenge travels fast.

Lying Pirates: Cities of Greed – The expansion that turns every pirate into a (ruthless) politician
Welcome to the Cities of Greed , where every city is a chance to become Mayor… and cause trouble. In this expansion to Lying Pirates , you don't just run for the hills: now you can also lead. If you take control of a city, you unlock the infamous Mayor's Die , a special die with powers that can turn the game around—or sink your friends.
But that's not all. The new Influence Cards come into play, perfect for those who love to manipulate the outcome of the table: you can attack, help, sabotage, or buy the loyalty of those you like. The sea becomes murkier, alliances more suspect.
Add in new tiles like the Sailor's Watchtower , where you play dice stacking with rum-shaking hands, or the Bar Fight , a bluffing and betting minigame that turns every tavern into an epic challenge.
Want to win with dice? Great. Want to do it by becoming the most feared Mayor in the Caribbean? Even better.
