FroGames card
You've got the tactical blender mounted on the roof, your opponent just stole the customer you've been chasing for three turns, and V.E.N.D.O. Corp is setting up vending machines around the corner. Someone will laugh, someone will learn to hate tacos.
WHAT IT IS ABOUT
Culinary battles on the city streets
Food Truck Fury is designed by Ryan Jorjorian and illustrated by Agnieszka Dabrowiecka for Van Ryder Games. The theme is admittedly crazy: you manage a food truck equipped with absurd food-based weapons and fight for control of the streets, completing orders and missions while trying to eliminate the competition.
At the table, you build your deck of cards by adding bizarre equipment and upgrades to your asymmetric truck. You move around the urban map, take jobs, deliver dishes to customers, and directly battle other food truckers. In solo mode, however, you face the V.E.N.D.O. Corp, a megacorporation that wants to replace home-cooked food with vending machines.
What they say abroad
"The battle for food truck supremacy has begun in this deck-building battler."

This is a game coming out in October 2026, just announced. The data is from the official page and preorders: asymmetric trucks, decks to build, combat, and orders to complete. We will update this card with reviews, verified durations, and game details as soon as it's released.

Food Truck Fury
The game includes a dedicated solo mode where you face the V.E.N.D.O. Corp, a hostile AI that deploys vending machines and threatens the city. The experience seems complete (it's not a generic automa but a thematic enemy), although you probably lose out on the more chaotic aspects of direct food trucker battles.
Your mobile arsenal
What you put in your food truck
Asymmetric truck
Each food truck has unique abilities, different strategies, and a specific starting deck. It's not just a color: it's a way of playing.
Crazy equipment
Tactical blenders, hot dog launchers, improbable food weapons. You add them to your deck during the game to boost attack, movement, and abilities.
Missions and orders
Complete jobs to earn points and resources, deliver dishes to customers scattered across the map. Each delivery is a tactical objective.
Urban map
You move through the streets, choose strategic positions, control areas. The board is the arena of conflict, not just a path.
🎲How to playThe rules in four steps▼
How to play
The flow of each round
Deck-building with direct combat: you draw, play cards, move, attack, buy upgrades. Fast-paced, short turns.
Draw five cards (or the number indicated by your truck). Cards provide movement, attack, special actions, and resources to buy new cards.
Use cards to move on the map, fight other food trucks, complete tasks, or deliver orders to customers. You can take multiple actions in one turn if you have the right cards.
Spend accumulated resources to add new cards to your deck from the central market. Each new card specifically enhances your truck (attack, mobility, points).
Discard your hand, resolve any end-of-turn effects, restock the market. The next player starts. The round ends when everyone has played, then partial points are counted.

A game in five moments
What happens at the table
Not the rules. The experience.
Choose your truck
Everyone gets an asymmetric food truck with unique abilities and a different starting deck. You place your truck on the map, read your special card, and wonder how on earth you're going to use a blender as a weapon.
First moves, first clashes
You start moving around the city, accept an easy task, draw your first cards. Someone passes you and steals the customer you had spotted. The first combat is clunky but fun.
Build the deck
You buy crazy equipment from the market, add cards to your deck, and start to see a strategy. Your truck becomes stronger, faster, more absurd. Others do the same and collisions multiply.
The secret weapon
You draw the perfect combo: movement, boosted attack, multiple delivery. In one turn, you eliminate an opponent, complete two orders, and position yourself for the final round. Everyone glares at you.
Final rush
Points are counted, final deliveries are worth double, whoever has the most efficient deck wins. In solo mode, V.E.N.D.O. Corp is one step away from placing its last dispenser. The last card decides everything.
🐸What to know beforehandThree honest things, from friends▼

Three things you need to know
Fast but chaotic learning curve
The rules are simple and the first game starts in 15 minutes, but direct combat with asymmetric decks creates unpredictable situations. If you're looking for total control, this isn't the right game.
Luck in drawing
Like any deck-builder, you sometimes draw poorly. The right cards arrive at the wrong time, your opponent draws the perfect combo. This is not a deterministic eurogame: accept the chaos or you will suffer.
Uncertain scaling below 3 players
The game supports 1-4, but we don't yet know how it truly scales. Sometimes deck-builders with direct combat work better with 3-4 players than with 2 (little interaction) or solo (less variety). We're awaiting reviews.
🏆Victory and defeatWhat the ending rewards▼
How it ends
How to win and how to lose
You earn points by completing orders, tasks, and eliminating opponents. In solo play, you win if you stop V.E.N.D.O. Corp before it places too many dispensers.
Victory
- Accumulate more victory points than opponents by the end of the predetermined number of rounds
- Complete high-value deliveries and special tasks that give bonus points
- In solo mode: defeat V.E.N.D.O. Corp before it places the maximum number of dispensers on the map
Elimination or defeat
- You don't get eliminated (probably), but you can finish last if you don't build your deck efficiently
- Lose valuable turns if you get blocked by opponents with no means to react
- In solo mode: you lose if V.E.N.D.O. Corp completes its objective before you accumulate enough points or stop it
Food Truck Fury promises to be the chaotic and thematic deck-building game that was missing: culinary combat, asymmetric trucks, direct clashes, and a fun common enemy. October 2026 will tell us if it delivers.

Food Truck Fury FAQ
What mechanics does Food Truck Fury use?
Asymmetric deck-building with direct combat, map movement, hand management, and pickup and delivery. Each turn you draw cards, move, attack, complete orders, and buy new cards to power up your deck. It's a hybrid between Dominion and a thematic combat game.
Is it suitable for those who have never played a deck-building game?
Probably yes: the theme is accessible, the rules promise to be simple, and the first game should start quickly. If you've played Star Realms, Hero Realms, or Clank!, you'll feel right at home. If this is your first deck-builder, direct combat might be confusing at first but the theme helps.
How important is direct combat?
Central. You cannot ignore other players and focus only on deliveries: clashes are part of the strategy, allowing you to steal resources, block opponents, and earn points. If you hate direct interaction, this game is not for you.
Is the solo mode just a fallback or is it worth it?
It seems well designed: you face V.E.N.D.O. Corp, a thematic artificial intelligence that wants to replace food trucks with dispensers. It's not a generic automaton but a narrative enemy with dedicated mechanics. It probably loses the chaos of multiplayer but should offer a solid challenge.
Is it available in English?
Yes, Food Truck Fury is available in an English edition. The game contains text on the cards (equipment, abilities, tasks), so knowledge of English is necessary to play. No Italian localizations have been announced at the moment.
The people behind the game
Who invented it, who designed it, who publishes it — and what else they've done.
